Speed is locked at 25 km/h to comply with EN15194.

El Diablo meets Australian e-bike standards (EN15194), meaning you can ride it just like a regular pushbike—without rego or a licence.

Vamos Bikes are classified as electrically power-assisted cycles, equipped with a 500-watt motor that automatically cuts off at 25km/h. If needed, the power output can be further restricted to meet specific regulations. Throttle use is permitted only on private property and must be disabled in public spaces.
